For more than 40 years TELLA QUALLA BOUNDARY has been delivering excellence in service to the Button Gwinnett District of the Atlanta Area Council.  The Brothers of TELLA QUALLA BOUNDARY provide special outdoor event services such as organizing and running Camporees and other District Events as well as performing ceremonial services such as Arrow of Light and Boy Scout Crossover Ceremonies.  The Brothers of TQB also provide community services and fund raising for charities.  If you're interested in learning more about TQB, click on the Contact Us link on the Menu bar to request more information.

Trailblazer Adventure Camp Staff Needed

 Our Trailblazer Adventure Camp is just a few weeks away. It will be held October 6th - 8th at Bert Adams. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and a great opportunity to teach Cub Scouts about the OA. We're expecting over 1000 Cubs this year and we need you to make this weekend and our OA year a success!

Ceremonialists Wanted!

Are you interested in ceremonies? Do you have a theatrical background? Do you want to be one of those select who talked to you at the Ordeal? 

Then you should come to weekly ceremony practices that start this week on Sunday ( August 27) from 3-5 pm.

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is Scouting’s second largest national program event. Much like the National Jamboree, but for Arrowmen only, and held at a university with dormitories, student dining halls, and plenty of opportunities for fun and activities.

Fall Service Opportunities

Two key goals for the OA is to provide cheerful service and promote camping.  There are plenty of opportunities to do both this fall!

  • Tribble Mill Park Service for Public Lands Day – Sept. 30, 9 am  -1 pm; trash bash, tree plantings, pollinator habitat development, invasive plant removal, guided hikes, and trail loop dedication at 10 am; go to to sign up or call 678 277-0900
  • OA Trailblazer - Oct. 6-8; lodge-sponsored Cub Scout event at Bert Adams; volunteers get their annual lodge dues paid for!; deadline to register is Sept. 25;
  • Cub Scout Spooky-Ree - Oct. 13-15, Oct. 20-22, and Occt. 27-29 - council event at Bert Adams; volunteers needed for half-day, single-day, and full weekends for program delivery, range safety, and support positions.  Patches, slushies and other goodies are avialable for youth and adult volunteers.  Details:

  • Grand Opening of the Orchard at White Street Park - The Orchard is a free public orchard and children's natural playground. You may have seen the hill slides from Buford Highway.   • Cub Scout Blast-off - Saturday, Oct. 28 from 9 am - 2pm; district event for rising Tigers at Rogers Bridge Park in Duluth;  helpers needed in Woodworking, Archery/BB's, Water Rocket, First Aid, Camping, Paper Airplane Build/Race, and Small Field Sports.  Register to volunteer:
